Yahoo Answers now offering Free Advertising

Everyone knows, well almost everyone knows that any little thing you can do to boost additional traffic to your website is absolutely crucial to making money online. This is especially true with millions of websites fighting for the same traffic. Why work harder or even worse why spend more money to advertise your website?

Do you have an answer to someone question? Well I am sure it depends on what question is being asked. In some cases you may have the best answer to that question. Let say for example someone has posted the following question on Yahoo Answers, "What's the best way to keep bugs from entering my house and not overtaking my lawn this summer"? Now I don't have the slightest idea on how to keep bugs out of my house other than using some Raid to kill them. However, I am sure there is someone out there providing some pest control and lawn control services. That someone might be you!

Now how does this all fit together and how can you use this information to your advantage? Easy, and I mean easy. Companies spend millions of dollars to put there advertisements in front of a target audience. This is the key a 'target audience'. You have someone posting a question and they are looking for an answer to their question. So, this person should already be interested in what you have to offer, right. All you need to do is find the person posting a question that is related to what you are selling, promoting, or trying to advertise. Getting back to my example, if you owned a pest control company this would be a perfect opportunity to give a great answer and offer your services. Makes sense, right? Well sure it does, but, and yes there is a but, you have to consider how you write your answer. The easiest way I can explain this is, if you read your answer and it feels like you are being sold something or this looks and reads like a spam junk email, then re-write you answer. Be creative and add value!

Finally, a step by step on how to use Yahoo Answers to get FREE ADVERTISING, I mean provide great answers or even better, both.

First, you will need a yahoo email account. If you don't already have one, go here, http://answers.yahoo.com and click sign up in the top right hand corner. Once you have a yahoo account, sign in and start searching for questions. This is important, use the advance link next to the search button to search for questions. Now you should be on the Advance Search Page. In the keyword field enter any words or phrases related to the services you are trying advertise. Such as; Termites, Roaches, ect. Leave the category set to "All" and leave the filter set to "All English Questions". Lastly, select the "Open Questions" option for the question status. Now click Search.

There you go, and have fun advertising for FREE on Yahoo Answers. Just remember you can only leave 20 answers per day.
